On Tuesday February 4th, Winter Carnival will host an accessibility Day at the Ice Palace, with free accessible transportation, the parking Lot reserved for Handicapped Parking, Extra Ice Palaca Hosts to assist, and hot drinks and snacks available in the WC History Hut and Gift Shop.
