International Museum Day at the Historic Saranac Lake Laboratory Museum

Join us on International Museum Day as we celebrate "Museums, Education and Research" at the Saranac Laboratory Museum - the first laboratory built in the United States for the study of tuberculosis. This year's event is all about science and science history, with hands-on STEAM-related activities suitable for young learners and families. Get hands-on with our microscopes, craft your own bacteria, and share a story in our Cure Porch on Wheels.
Admission to the event is free, with complimentary ice cream and root beer floats donated by Stewart’s Shops.
